前から気になっていたラーメン屋さんです．
やっと利用する機会を得ました．
お店は新しい事もあり綺麗です．
壁に面した座席の多さに驚きましたが，役所が近くにあり，
駅に近い事もありビジネスマンも多い為にこのレイアウトになっているのだと思います．
手狭さは感じませんでした．
メニューをみて真っ先に目に入った’潮ラーメン’に決めました．
このラーメン'USHIO-ラーメン'でなく'SHIO-ラーメン'と発音するのですね．
なかなか洒落たネーミングセンスだと感じました．
メニューを見ていて気づいた事が，大盛り無料と書いてあります．
どうしようか迷ったのですが大盛りにしました．
さてさて，配膳されてきたラーメンは．
海苔の香りも香ばしい．
器から溢れる磯の香り．
ホタテが大きいが大味さは感じさせない．
まさに潮の名に恥じない．
メンマが長い．
麺が滑らかに感じるのは塗り箸のせいかな．
個人的には，少し食べにくいと感じましたが，美味しく頂きました．
今度は他のメニューを試そうと思っています．
