久しぶりに文太さんにお邪魔しました。
今回は、妹と一緒です。
頼んだのは、「潮ラーメン」と「辛味噌坦々麺」
「潮（しお）ラーメン」のホタテは、圧巻だとしみじみ思います。
こんなにてんこ盛りでいいんですか！？
と問いたくなるくらいです。ホタテのみならず、チャーシューまで乗って700円なんだから、凄くお得だと思います。
おまけに大盛り無料なんですから、良心的すぎます！
こちらのメンマは、他のお店では見ない長さで、それもまたメンマ好きにはちょっと嬉しい♪
「辛味噌坦々麺」は、絡みがぴりっときいて、体が温まりました。
味噌の香りがまた良い感じで、寒い時期にぴったりです。暑い時期でももちろん、食べたいくらいおいしいですが。
スープといい、麺といい、本当に文太さんのお仕事は丁寧です。
なんといっても、ランチのラーメンは500円！
（以前食べた、もやしときのこのラーメンは絶品でした！）
今時700円前後は当たり前、のラーメン業界において、チェーン店でもないのにこのお値段にはいつものことながらびっくりします。
それで質が落ちないところが、またすごい。
水戸市内でも、このクオリティは指折りだと思います。
