昼はラーメン屋、夜は居酒屋＋〆でラーメンと言う形で営業しているようです。
日曜日の昼少し遅い時間に行ったのでそれほど混んでおらず、店内には3組みくらいがいる状態でした。
調理１人、接客１人計2人での営業となっていることもあり、回転が悪く30分以上待ってようやくラーメンが運ばれてきました。待つことは覚悟して来店した方が良さそうです。
潮ラーメンは、700円で大きなホタテが2つに、岩海苔が磯の香りを加えて、シンプルながらこだわりを感じる潮ラーメンでした。
辛味噌坦々麺780円も太麺と良く合うピリ辛スープで美味しく頂きました。
何れも中盛り、大盛りが無料なのが良心的！
麺は自家製で太麺と細麺を選ぶことができ、トッピングのメンマも大きくそれぞれこだわりを感じます。
