水戸市役所の近くにあるラーメン屋さんです。昔からあるような雰囲気で老舗感が漂っている店構えであります。平日のランチで利用してみました。
注文したのは焼肉丼セットです。お値段は失念しました。800円台だったと記憶しております。このセットはラーメンと焼肉丼のセットです。
10分ほどで到着したのがコチラです。
ラーメンは醤油スープ。チャーシューなどがトッピングされております。焼肉丼はミニサイズです。とは言いつつも結構ボリュームありましたね。トータルではかなりお腹いっぱいになりました。
まず焼肉丼ですが、豚肉と野菜を炒めてタレで味付けされたものがご飯の上にオンしています。お肉だけじゃなくて野菜と一緒に炒められています。野菜は少々炒めすぎかなぁと言う気がします。どことなくもっさりとした味の焼肉丼でした。
一方、ラーメンの方はですね。優しい味というか、もの足りないというか、インパクトに欠けるというか。そんな感じのスープです。お店の壁にスープへのこだわりが記載されているのですが、女性にも優しいマイルドな味に仕上げている的なことの記載がありました。まぁ確かにそうかもしれませんね。少し甘みを感じる柔らかい味のスープでしたからね。
それと、自分はチャーシューがおいしかったと思いました。
