今日も暑いですね。
本日の土曜ランチは水戸市役所近くにある「麺屋 文太」さんにお邪魔しました。
いつ来たか忘れましたが大分前に１度来た事があります。
ちわ～。
12時少し過ぎたころに到着。
丁度一緒に二人組のお客さんとほぼ同時に入店。
カウンター席に陣取ります。
今回の目当ては醤油ラーメン。
早速オーダーします。醤油ラーメンと半熟煮玉子丼（ミニ）もオーダー
しました。
店内にテレビがあり昨日あったあのニュースを流しています。
私は基本テレビを見ません。見ていると気が滅入るニュースばかりで
精神衛生上よくないので(;´･ω･)
20分ほど待ってお待ちかねのお料理が到着。
ほぉ～。(´・ω・｀)
スープは澄んだ清湯系。とりあえず一口スープを頂きます。
うむ。とてもあっさりしており、後味がとても香ばしくスモーキー。
このスモーキー感はなんだろかと考えましたがすぐわかりました。
チャーシューの風味がスープに溶け込んでいます。
スープはよく言えば上品ですが、もうひとつインパクトが欲しいのが
正直なところ。
麺は自家製麺らしく今回は細麺をオーダー。
細麺とは言っても中太麺くらいの太さがあるちぢれ麺でモチモチした食感。
一緒に頼んだ半熟煮玉子丼も頂いてみましょう。
煮玉子はいわゆる味玉ですね。２つ分の味玉が半分になって合計４つの
煮玉子がご飯に乗っておりマヨネーズ、黒いタレがかけてあります。
タレは少し癖のあるスパイス？八角のような風味を感じますね。
ミニサイズですがご飯の量はそれなりにあるので十分満足。
ラーメンとミニ丼付きで合計980円。なかなかのコスパセットですね。
お腹いっぱいになりました。ご馳走様でした。
