店名を冠したむじゃきそばを注文✨✨
麺は中太ストレートでもち感があり食べ応えもしっかり。
スープは魚介と鶏のダブルスープ。
エスプーマ風の泡タイプ。
かなりマイルドで飲みやすいが正直スープはどっちつかず
和え玉はエビをチョイス。
こちらは麺は全粒粉入りの細ストレート。
エビの旨みが全面にでていますが、小麦感はあまりかんじませんでした
ただ干しエビの和え玉は料理として完成されている感がありとても美味でした(^^)
スタッフさんのサービスも素晴らしく、待ち時間も車で待機できるので、待ちのストレスはまったくありませんでした✨✨
