言わずと知れた人気店で水戸で一二位を争う人気ラーメン店です。人気があり過ぎて並ぶのが嫌なので暫く避けていたのですが最近はあまり並んでないようなので久しぶりに行ってみました。
食べたのは生醤油そば850円とお腹が減っていたので海老和え玉250円も追加です。
汁は醤油感が前面に出たもので表面にはちょっと脂がありますが脂っぽくなく鶏油の香りがほんのりし鶏の旨味と醤油のバランスが良いです。
麺はストレート中細で小麦感もありながらのど越しも良く美味しいです。
具材はチャーシュー（鶏ムネと豚バラ？）穂先メンマ、青ネギ、海苔です。
海老和え玉は濃口醤油と脂が底にあり良く混ぜて頂きます。具材は玉ねぎ、青ネギ、チャーシューにエビです。こちらの麺はストレートの細麺で固めの茹で加減で美味しくてアッと言う間に完食です。
