麦とろすず御膳を食べました。
麦とろは、笠間産の自然薯を使用したなめらかでとろけるような食感が特徴です。麦飯は、国産の麦をふっくらと炊き上げ、しっかりとした歯ごたえがあります。
御膳には、麦とろのほかに、刺身、天ぷら、野菜の煮物など、日替わりのおかずが3品付いています。どれも素材の味を活かした、丁寧な味付けです。
古民家を改装した店内は、落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆったりと食事を楽しむことができます。
