しかも、プレミアムは国産玉ねぎと黒胡椒焙煎七味付
従来の牛めしに比べて甘味が強いのが特徴
発売当初は肉も冷凍肉ではなくチルド肉を使い、部位も赤身と脂身のバランスのとれた部位に変更厳選していると言われていた…が肉の違いは正直わからない
ただ、別添の焙煎七味は美味しい
この香ばしさはとっても素晴らしい
