true brew〜木内酒造直営の駅ビルビアバー｜Enosays in idleness
海外でも評価が高いネストビールで有名な木内酒造直営のビアバーが水戸駅ビルにある。茨城が誇るクラフトビールだけに、水戸に出店するのは自然なことだろう。5年ぶりの我が故郷への帰郷に合わせ、訪問した。
駅ビル内のロケーションだけに、ビルテナントの雰囲気の例に漏れず、個人的に惹かれるものはないが、アンテナショップと考えれば抜群の立地ではある。
タップはネストビールのスタンダードが6種に限定2種の8種類に、木内酒造がライセンス生産しているブルックリンラガーの樽生がある。
IPAのダイダイエールをパイント【850円】で。1mlあたり1.8円でさすがブルワリー直営だけあって、ハイコスパ。IPAならではの苦味と茨城古くからある福来みかんのさわやかさがバランスよく同居した一杯。
ネストビール全8種類が全て樽生で楽しめるお店だけに、地元贔屓を差し引いてもスーパーひたちで行く価値はある。

茨城が世界に誇るクラフトビールの直営店で、水戸の駅ビルにある。この日は高校の同窓会で、同級生が講話することもあり、コロナ前以来の水戸訪問。今は実家が水戸ではないので、なかなか訪れる機会はない。久しぶりの水戸なので、高校時代の思い出の店「珍満」も考えたが、高校先輩が社長を務める常陸野ネストに。オーダーは、常陸野ネストのペールエールとさばサンドのコンビに即決。水戸で鯖は意外かもしれないが、茨城は日本一の鯖の水揚げ量を誇る鯖どころなのだ。個人的にもさばサンドは好みで、肉厚ながらも、さっぱりとした味つけがペールエールとも良く合う。北海道もクラフトビールが盛んなので、常陸野ネストを飲む機会は殆どない。それでも水戸に帰るときは、必ず常陸野ネストを飲むだろう #水戸 #茨城 #craftbeer #gourmet #えのログ
