3月23日の夜はゴルフ帰りに、 茨城県水戸市の赤塚駅近くにある、うなぎや東條 へ。
大きな建物で、中庭も素敵です。
60席ある大きなお店で、店内も広々しています。
まずは軽くつまみながら、メインを待ちます。
う巻き 850円
大きな玉子焼きの真ん中に、しっかりとウナギのかば焼きが入っています。
うなぎが入っていない、玉子焼きの端っこの部分には、
大根おろしをたっぷり合わせていただきました。
ヒレ焼き 300円
背びれ部分を串に巻いて、しっかり焼き上げた一品。
小骨が口に残りやすいのが難点ですが、コラーゲンたっぷりの部位を、
タレと山椒で楽しみます。
そしていよいよ、メインが登場。
うな重 上 3,100円
1匹入ってこの値段は、東京に比べるとかなりリーズナブル。
身は柔らかく、キリっとしたタレが、こちらの鰻によく合います。
タレも山椒もあるので、好みで追加しました。
お新香も3種類付いているのはいいですね。
肝吸い +50円
セットの吸い物は、プラス50円で肝吸いに変更できます。
せっかくなので、うなぎの肝もしっかりいただきました。
特選や定食などもあったので、また機会があれば行ってみたい、うなぎ屋さんでした。
