赤塚駅近くにある、鰻を手軽に楽しめると言う事で訪問。
開店を待って入店するも、手軽さ故に開店前にもかかわらず10人ぐらい並んでいた。
早速2850円並みの鰻重とヒレ焼きを注文。
程なくして運ばれてきました。
ヒレ焼きはしっとり焼かれていて、口当たりは良く、日本酒が呑みたくなる味わい。
タレもさることながら、鰻の脂が甘く感じる。
鰻重は並なのでやや小ぶりで薄い感じがするが、値段から考えると納得はできる。
タレは関東風の甘みの強い味わいで、しっかり絡まっており、遜色は感じられない。
万人に好まれる風味である。
ただ、ご飯が少し固く、せっかくの鰻の風合いとは異なり、好き嫌いがあるかもしれない。
とはいえ、この価格で鰻の良さを堪能させてくれるのは庶民にはありがたい。
鰻を手軽に楽しむなら、もってこいのお店であることには間違いない。
