初訪問です。目的の店が不定休で店休だった為
同僚と勢いで入店。
お値段と鰻の写真で焼色に疑問を持った為に 店舗の中で一番安い うな丼1950円
汁を蕎麦の入った物から
100円のﾁｪﾝｼﾞで私は しじみ 同僚は肝吸いに
鰻屋の焼き鳥800円を追加で注文。
鶏モモ肉で量は多いですが
水分が抜け皮目も柔らかい焼色は付いてるが
パリパリ感は一切無いです。
煮すぎた角煮に近いかな 味は良いと思います。
好き嫌い分かれるかと、私はごめんなさい。
うな丼が時間かかり着丼
昼休憩1時間では足らない位です。
行きたい人は予約しましょう。
蒸し鰻でフワフワの柔らかい年配の方向きです。
少しニオイも気になるので薬味は山椒のみですが
必須かな ご飯は美味しいです。
タレが薄味で 追いタレはシャバシャバです。
かかり過ぎ注意。
鰻の皮パリパリ好きの私には合わないです。
ドロドロ系のタレしっかり味を焼き定着が好き
なので…
私は皮目パリパリの店を探します。ごめんなさい。
