7500円の季節のコースの方がメニューバリエーションがあって、食べる楽しみが高かったです。ビスクは濃厚でしたが、少し塩味が立っていたので、和らげる素材を合わせた方が良いのではと個人的には思いました

9800円のコースはアンコウテールのメダイヨンが秀逸。アンコウの旨味を引き出しつつ、下処理とソースで見事にアンコウの臭みをカバーしている料理でした。お見事です

サービスも最初から最後まで整っており、テーブル状況も把握されながら対応いただきました

ホテルも2万円代/1名とは思えないくらいの満足度で、またいつかレストラン含めて利用させて頂きたく思いました
