水戸市のくろばね商店街は多くの飲食店が立ち並ぶ水戸の人気スポット
その中のひとつがスペイン料理メルカドール
スペインのバルのような風景
普段は夜の店だが、水曜～金曜の３日間だけランチ営業をしている
たまたま通りかかったら木曜日だったので入店
アロスランチと２プレートランチの２種類から選ぶスタイル
この日のアロスランチは「豚スペアリブと青菜のスープご飯」
２プレートランチは「ガリシア黒豚のポークカツレツ」をメインに前菜とスープにこんがり焼き上げたバタールのセットだ
わたしが頼んだの２プレートランチ
最初に提供されたのは前菜とサラダが盛られた１プレート目
サラダに軽くリベイクされたバタールが２カット、タラモサラダとナスのチーズ焼きとエスニックスープがＯＮ
サラダの野菜も新鮮で痛んだものもなく上々な感じ
バタール２カットだと食べ応えないかなと思ったけど、意外としっかり
特にナスのチーズ焼きはトマトの酸味とチーズのコクがあいまって美味
シンプルだけどこれ美味しい！！
メインのガリシア豚のカツレツはスペイン料理らしく厚切りの肉をしっかり叩いて伸ばした肉を使っている
ロースの余分な脂をカットして赤身の旨味を味わえる仕上がり
ちょっと固いと感じるのは普段から国産豚のとんかつを食べているからか
繊維質だけど、確かに旨味は濃い
噛み締めるほどに旨味がしみだす豚だ
ソースは濃厚ブラウンソース
ちょっと甘めで軽い酸味
バタールでソースを絡めとって食べた
この肉ならこの薄さでも十分旨味が味わえるし、この厚みでないと固すぎる
確かに理に適った厚みなのかもしれない
デザートにはカタラーナ
香ばしく焼き上げられたキャラメルがパリッと良い感じ
焦げの香りと苦味がアクセント
確かにこの品数1,250円ならお手ごろ
味も良いしまた来ようと思う店だ
