焼き石でお好きな加減に焼いて食べるのですが挽たて常陸牛はほぼ生で食べても激旨、焼き・生どちらも食べ比べしましたが激レアのままユッケ風に食べるのが個人的にはお気に入り

セットの自家焙煎珈琲も香り高く最高です。
店内はとてもお洒落な空間で女子ウケ抜群なカフェ風ハンバーグ店でした。
