R6交差点にあるK's電気水戸本店の裏道に佇む極太麺の豚骨ドロドロ系ラーメンのお店。
ラーメン屋さんにしては静かにゆっくり味を楽しまさせてくれる貴重なお店である。
店員さん達の笑顔も非常に素敵で、こちらも微笑んでしまう。
早速名物のとろり豚骨ラーメンと味噌ラーメンを注文。
とろり豚骨ラーメンは極太麺にとろりとしたパンチのある豚骨スープがよく絡み、豚独特のドロっとした脂の甘味が口に広がる。
とはいえしつこさはなく、普通に喉を通り抜けていくので、豚骨がが辛いな人でも全く問題ない。
味噌ラーメンは趣きが異なり、サラッとしたスープに極太麺が絡んでいる感じ。
少し酢を入れるとよりスッキリとしたラーメンが好きではない人も虜にしてしまう旨さだ。
また少しスッキリしたいときは備え付けのレモン水が無料でいただけることが、女性にも人気な理由なのかもしれない。
豚骨の旨さを絶妙に操るこの店のマジックはさすがである。
