ドンブリの上で寝そべった大きな鳥のから揚げメインになっちゃてるけど
なにげにトッピングで、納豆を付けてみたら これウマっ！
家庭でも実践したい。
甘めのそばツユなんですけど
粘ネバ納豆の糸になじんで とても合っていました。
この から揚げソバ わたしの記憶が確かならば
千葉の我孫子駅ホームの立ち食いそばと 同じ？
どっちか元祖か 真似でもしてんのかわからないけど
インパクトあって お値段もまあまあ 立ち食いなんでね。
メニュー写真とは揚げ色 ちょっと違うね
我孫子は、フライドチキンと同じような 香ばしく サクサク感あったけど
水戸のも肉質やわらかいし ぜんぜん悪くない
揚げ玉のように衣にそばツユ浸って もうぜんぜん朝からいける。
水戸駅の改札内で、たった１つの立ち食いそば
店は名なし、地元では ５・６番線ホームの蕎麦と呼ばれているそうな。
半年前に水戸へ来た時 果たせず リベンジ来店
結果、外食での年越し蕎麦になり申しました。
