水戸に出かけたときにいつも通るこちらのお店、「水戸チーズバル」さん。洋風居酒屋ということで営業は17：30～とのこと。ランチタイムでもやっていると有り難いんですけどね～。
というわけで、この日はノンアルコールということで、単身チーズバルへ行きました。
お店の中は居酒屋ということもありオシャレな雰囲気です。
ビールやワインなどもありますが、今宵はソフトドリンクで我慢です。
まずはクーポンのカルパッチョ。カジキかな？オシャレで美味しいカルパッチョです！彩りもGOODですね。（518円するカルパッチョがクーポンなんてお得です）
次にくんせい3兄弟（680円） スモークミックスナッツ、スモークチーズ、スモークサーモンの３兄弟。いい感じのスモーキーさがクセになります。ただやっぱりノンアルコールですから、アルコールとの組み合わせは申し分ないかと思いますね。
次にモッツァレラチーズのフライ（518円）。悪くはないのですが、トマトソースがもう少し濃厚の方が個人的には好みでした！
そして、お待ちかねのラクレット（1,490円） じゃがいも、ベーコン、トマト、ウインナー、パンにラクレットがドバっとかかっていきます。
個人的にはラクレットというと今まで、渋谷や中野でいただいてきたのですが、正直そちらのお店よりチーズバルさんの方のラクレットの方が好みですねー。普通に美味しいです。（クセが少ないだけ？）
いろいろチーズが補給できて大満足。やっぱりランチタイムも営業してればいいなーと言うのが本音ですが、美味しくいただきました！ご馳走様でした！
