もみじ谷公園近くにある街中華屋さんでレバー炒め（一般的なレバニラ）が有名なお店です。行った時も後から来たお客さんもレバー炒め定食を頼んでました。
レバー炒め定食800円はレバー炒め、サラダ、スープ、漬物、ごはんの内容です。
レバーの厚さが一般的なお店の倍程の１センチくらいの肉厚のレバーが10個以上入っておりニラ以外の野菜は少な目なので本当にレバーをガッツリいただけます。
味はニンニクがたっぷり入ったごはんが進む味で、レバーに片栗粉を付けて揚げたものと野菜を炒めてタレをからめているので片栗粉がとけだして良い具合にタレがからみます。
