水戸市の平須にある鶏に特化した食堂です。豚もあるが鶏系のメニューが圧倒的。年輩の女性のワンオペなんで超時間かかりました。今年最長。
ミックス定食は竜田揚げが二つにチーズチキンカツに味噌チキンカツが一つづつ。カツやキャベツにかけるソースもやけに美味しいし、揚げ物も全て素朴でいい。竜田揚げはむね肉を使っているようで柔らかい。チキンカツはささみですね。小鉢は漬物、冷奴。味噌汁は菜っぱになめこも入ってる。
オンオペの女性店主の接客もよく、時間がかかるのと、価格設定はややですが高め。でも美味しいからまた利用したいです。ごちそうさまでした。
地元の人に聞いたらいつもワンオペではないそうです。
