6年ぶりの訪問。
県内に数店ある「諭吉」のルーツのお店。
オープン直後に一番乗り。
店内は カウンター7席 4人掛けテーブル✕3
現在は親御さん達での営業。
着丼
煮干の香りが漂うスープを一口。
煮干はガッツリというより程良く利いた味。
ベースの動物(豚骨)出汁と合わさり 円やかな飲み易いスープになっています。
背脂が浮いているがクドくなく 適度なコクを出してます。
麺は手揉みの縮れ麺。
モチっとした食感でスープとの絡みも良好。
具材は チャーシュー・メンマ・岩海苔・スライス玉葱・チンゲン菜。
