店内に入るとほんのり出汁の薫りがしてます。
醤油の一杯をいただきました。
醤油にこだわってるのかな？・・・一味違いがある醤油スープです。
クセではなく旨味。
出汁と丁度良い醤油の香りと塩分、濃い味ではなく上品な味。
このスープでいただく麺はちじれ気のある中太麺。
ツルンツルンも麺でスープとの相性良くどこまでも一緒にに口に入ってきます。
良～くスープの染み込んだチャーシューも絶品で
箸で持って崩れないギリギリを攻めてる様に感じでとても美味いです。
