この店は水戸の人気ラーメン店の1店です。
白味噌ラーメン、手揉み背脂にぼしラーメン、手揉み醤油ラーメン、油そば、つけメンなどがあります。
「手揉み背脂にぼしラーメン（900円）」を注文。
茶濁のこってり醤油白湯系スープです。
比較的さらりとしたスープですが、表面に背脂が覆い、油こってりになっています。
味は乾物系の独特の魚介の味で、かなりくせのある味になってます。
麺は中太平打ちのややちぢれた麺で、ほどよいもちもち感があります。
基本的には燕三条系のラーメンです。
