若鳥のトマトソース煮とクリームコロッケでした。
やっぱり品があるなぁ。
トマト食えないけどトマトソースの酸味と濃厚な感じと旨みのからんだチキンが猛暑に合います。
残ったトマトソースを付けてカリカリクリームコロッケを上品ぶってナイフで半分にしてペロリ。
おいしかったです。
サラダの上のカリカリはなんだろう？うまいんだよなぁ。
