Using a 1000 yen discount coupon (orders over 6000 yen excluding tax) on a weekday night, we ordered Andean Plateau Pork and Selected Beef (2980 yen) for two people and soft drinks. Please note that you cannot choose the special hot pot for the Andean Plateau Pork shabu shabu course. We chose the special hot pot Hot Pot and shabu shabu Hot pot, and ordered a large amount of the restaurant's specialty fish balls. The fish balls with cartilage and pepper are soft and exquisite. The specialty vegetables, especially the sweet lettuce and thick shiitake mushrooms, were also delicious. The speed menu was generally disappointing in taste. The TKG, which is eaten with broth, was delicious, with the taste of the yolk and Ramen, like an instant rice porridge. The Hakata Hot Pot was accompanied by a special Ramen supervised by Ippudo, which was a proper ramen with firmer noodles than the original and a rich chicken broth. For around 3000 yen, the quality was satisfactory. I would like to come here regularly.
