開店一ヶ月を経過して、そろそろ落ち着いたかな？と再訪。
日本酒が増えてました（笑）。焼酎は瓶出しでありました。
ワインもコスパの良いのが置いてあります。
落ち着いてゆっくり飲むのもいいし、
食事前に一杯ひっかけるのにもいい感じです。
ドアから見える内装は如何にもオーセンティックー！だけど
カジュアルに使って欲しい一軒。

水戸を代表するバーで長くチーフを務めていた方が
独立して始めたお店。
なのでカクテルの技術とセンスに不安なし。
ウィスキーはひととおり揃っていて、こちらは
今後どういう系統が増えていくか期待。
日本酒も置いてるけど、これはその都度銘柄が
入れ替わる模様。
泡盛？のカメがどーんと置いてあったな……。
焼酎にもちょっと力を入れてそう。
お店の一角が全面窓なので、夕暮れの街を眺めながら
まずはビール！という愉しみ方もアリ。
内装は赤と黒でシックなんだけど、あの窓のおかげで
抜け感がある印象。かたくるしくない感じ。
これからの季節は暮れ行く銀杏坂の街並を見下ろしながら
気持ちよく飲めそう。
