12時40分頃入店しました。待ち時間無しです。
オーダーしたのは塩ラーメン。
5分くらいで運ばれてきました。
ロースのチャーシュー、バラ肉のチャーシュー、メンマ、海苔がトッピングされています。
ロースのチャーシューは少し焦がした香りが、バラ肉のチャーシューはとろっと脂身が脂の甘さを、両方ともさっぱりスープに相性の良さを感じます。麺は細めでしっかりコシがあり、噛みごたえ、スープの絡み具合も良く、美味しく頂きました。
