水戸に「一蘭」が出来たというので、様子を観に行くと、案の定、駐車場は満杯、かなり冷えた夜なのに、結構な行列も出来てました。こりゃたまらんとＢプランに変更。当店に白羽の矢が立ちました。
中華料理「美（mei）」のセカンドブランド。店舗も「美」の真向かいにあり、駐車場も共用になっています。

迷った末に「Ｂ」を選びました。
タイミングが良かったのか、パパッと炒めて、すぐに出てきました。かなりお腹が空いていたので、これは嬉しかった。食べたい時に食べられる幸福。飲食店の重要なサービスのひとつだと思います。
けっこうなボリュームです。味付けはかなり甘めで、辛さより甘味の方が勝っています。ご飯にたんまりと乗せて、一緒にかき込むと、めちゃめちゃ相性が良いのがわかります。たっぷりめの美味しい油がポイントだと感じました。
添えられている玉子スープ・サラダ・杏仁豆腐もきっちりと脇を固めていて、なかなかの定食でした。数人で来て、アラカルトで楽しみたいお店。水戸中心部から離れているのが玉にキズかなぁ…
