6年ぶりの訪問。
道路の向いにある「四川厨房美」の系列店。
13時頃に伺い待ち無く入店。
店内は カウンター5席 3人掛けテーブル✕1 4人掛けテーブル✕4
着丼
肉味噌を混ぜ合わせてスープを一口。
塩気が程良く胡麻の風味が心地良い味わい。
少しだけ粘度があるがサラリとした飲み口。
辛味は最初は感じないが 飲み続けていくと花椒系のシビ辛がやってくる。
と言っても強くはないので万人受けするタイプで 飽きのこない美味しさ。
麺は中細の微縮れ麺。
コシがあり食感も良く スープを良く拾い上げる美味しい麺です。
具材は 挽肉・水菜・ネギ。
