お好み焼き三種のミックスはぶた、エビ、いか、
の構成で、焼いてもらいました
もんじゃ焼きの全部のせは、もち、チーズ、たら
こと王道的?なのをチョイス。こちらは素人なり
にがんばって作ってみました。焼いてもらったお
好み焼きは、フワッとしていて流石の仕上がり。
もんじゃ焼きはレクチャー受けながらですが、
まぁまぁの仕上がりとはいえ、旨かったです。
そんな工程すら旨さに繋がってるんでしょうね。
