という質問をとある料理人にしたところ、こちらの店名がでました
さっそく訪問
日曜の19時前、煙もうもうの店内へ～
常連さん、ご家族連れでにぎわっていました
昨今の焼肉屋さんって、換気やインテリアに凝ったところが多いですが、
そういったオシャレな雰囲気は皆無
子供の頃に行った焼肉屋さんって、こんな感じでしたね
さすがに卓上グリルではなかったけど
お通しに生野菜が出て、乾杯
お肉を注文
ネギタン塩・・・薄くスライスされたお肉にネギ塩がびっしり
厚さを求めると寂しいかもですが、こういうのも好きですよ
ハラミ・・・普通に美味しい
カルビ・・・並でも結構良いものがでますね
タレはやや甘めです
在庫があれば桜肉ユッケ刺しがあるそうで、
ユッケ刺し好きにはたまりません
次回のお楽しみにしたいと思います
〆のユッケジャンスープがとても美味しかったです
２人でいただいてちょうどよいくらいボリュームもありました
家について速攻でお風呂～
かなり衣服に匂いがつきましたけど、小さいことは気にしない（笑）
