ジャマイカ料理をメインとしたダイニングバー |
何度か行ったことがあったのですがやっと食べログに載せられます。
ジャマイカ料理を堪能できる珍しいお店です。
マスターもとてもきさくな人で料理やドリンクに融通をきかせてもらえます。
基本的に料理にはスパイスをふんだんに使っているので刺激が苦手な方には不向きかもしれません。逆にスパイス大好きという方には普段は味わえないような様々な香りを体験できてハマると思います。
オススメしたい料理が多くて一つ一つ細かく説明できないのですが、ジャークチキン、キーマカレー、ビーフシチューは特にオススメです。
どれもスパイスのよる独特な風味とサッパリした味付けになっているので、見た目はガッツリしているののパクパク食べられちゃいます。
ライスをココナッツミルクで炊いていてそれがキーマカレーとの相性が抜群です。ライスではなくライピとなっており、豆が混ざっています。
スープはレギュラーメニューではないのですが豆乳とトウモロコシの冷製スープです、動物性タンパク質は一切入っておらず、トウモロコシの旨味が凝縮されてコショウのスパイシーさでしつこくない旨味のなっています。
飲み物はモヒートがオススメです。ミントを自家栽培していて注文すれば毎回摘みたてを振舞ってもらえます。モヒートとこれらの料理の相性が抜群でドンドン飲みたいし食べたくなってしまいます。
この暑い時期にガッツリサッパリしたいなら間違いなくオススメのお店です。
