去年オープンしたお店。
隣にはエステも併設。
食事で体の中からキレイにをコンセプトにマクロビのお料理を展開。
メニューには、プレートの他、パスタ、カレー、ラーメン等が並ぶ。
こちらのお店は初めてなので、色々楽しめるプレート（1280円）を選択。
お料理が出てくるまで、結構時間はかかる。
急いでいる人には不向き。マクロビは手間がかかるので、仕方ないか…。
プレートの中身は、昆布の佃煮、大根の漬物、カプレーゼ（チーズは大豆で作られてる）、玄米ご飯、テンペの素揚げ⁉︎、温野菜のお味噌添え、ハーブゼリー。
こちらの玄米はモチモチとした炊き方で私好み❤︎
カプレーゼのチーズが結構チーズ臭くて、本当に大豆なのかと思ってしまうくらい。
テンペもなかなか美味しいです。
オーガニックのお店は増えてきましたが、本格的なマクロビのお店がまだまだ少なく、多分需要も少ない中、ちゃんとした美味しいお料理を提供してくれるお店でした。
