昼前に入店したら、ランチのお客さんで結構混んでました。バケットは皮が固くて中の空洞が多い本格的なもので、最近食べたバケットの中では一番美味しいです。味自体はちょっと塩気を感じますが小麦の風味を引き出しており、アヒージョなどの料理にも合いそうです。
