水戸の南口でたまに行くワインバーの近くにあり気になっていたので入ってみました。店内はカウンタ―とテーブル席があり１人でも大丈夫ですしカウンターは広島カープの熱狂的ファンらしい店長さんがお好み焼きなどを鉄板で焼いてくれるのを見えるので特等席です。
鉄板の厚さは18mmで小さ目の寸胴も置いて麺も鉄板上で茹でてます。
食べたのは一般的な肉玉で麺は乾麺と蒸麺を選べますが今回は蒸麺でお願いしました。焼いているところを見ていたのですが魚粉は二種類以上使用してました。
味ですが広島らしく生地がゆるめでキャベツ、もやし、豚肉、調味料、ソース、青海苔が一体となった非常に美味しいお好み焼きでした。
