せっかくの機会なので水戸銘菓を買いました。
水戸の梅★
白あんと牛皮をシソの葉で包んだお菓子。
甘いのにシソが爽やかで不思議な感じです。
新梅★
きざみしそ入りのこしあんを牛皮で包み込んで、しそ風味のもち米の粉をまぶしたお菓子。爽やかでもちもち感も良いですね！
のし梅★
梅肉ゼリーを竹皮にのした酸味のあるさっぱりとした味。竹の香りもあってよかったです。
