こちらの展示に用事がありましてやってきました。
一通り見て周り待ち合わせの時間つぶしも兼ねましてこちらでランチをいただきます。
前情報で定食的なものを考えてましたが、なんと土日はビュッフェになるということで少し価格が高かったです。とにかく接客は感じが良くて丁寧で好感度高し。料金が高いだけはあります。
ビュッフェは小鉢がたくさんありましてまずはそれらを一通りゲットしてきます。エビチリとマーボーナスはそれだけでもメインがはれるくらいうまかったです。そして、このビュッフェはメイン一品かBメニューから2品選ぶという不思議な構成。
常陸牛のステーキを選びました。
スープもあっさり塩味で優しい味付けです、エビチリもケチャップ感が抑えてあった、卵が混ざっているのでマイルドでうまかったです。
マーボーナスも辛味はあるものの後を引かない辛さでこれまたご飯にあいます。
ステーキはソースでは無く塩胡椒で味が十分でわさびをつけて食べます。美味しい牛肉にはソースとかタレとか必要がないのです。
味は満足です。
ごちそうさまでした。
