海老です。濃厚な海老です。それだけで美味しい。
麺の上には海老味噌。濃厚で風味豊か。苦味無し。
混ぜるとさらに海老。海老の旨味だらけです。
さらに、付け合わせには海老油。
海老のフルコース。一杯で三度も美味しいとは。
付け合わせは別皿に。ネギ、メンマ、大葉、半玉。
どれも相性いいですね。
手揉のちぢれ麺も海老を纏って美味しい。
大判厚切りのチャーシューもしっとりしっかり。
海老を堪能しまくりました。
