横浜家系ラーメンを食す。
50号バイパス店にかなり昔行った事がありますが、こちらは初。
入り口でまず食券を買い、オーダーするシステムのようです。初訪問ですので、基本のラーメン（醤油、780円）を。茹で方や油の量など聞いてくれましたが、とりあえず全て普通でお願いしました。
麺は結構太め、スープはもはやスープか？と言うぐらいどろっと濃厚です。かなり濃い目のとんこつ醤油、ですね。でも、太麺とからんでいい感じ。
美味しく完食しました。
感染症対策もしっかしされていて、安心して食事が出来ました^_^

先日の豚骨醤油ラーメンに物足りなさを感じたから、というわけではありませんが、偶然のタイミングで横濱家系のお店でラーメンです。
こちらで醤油ラーメンを注文しましたが、もちろんスープは豚骨醤油。油マシマシとかにしていないのに、見た感じからもう濃厚！スープがドロッとしています。
麺は太麺ですが、全然負けていません。麺に絡みつきます。超濃厚！
美味しかったのですが、ちょっと私には濃厚過ぎるかも…、と思ったり。苦笑
