平日の開店10分前に到着。先客2名、開店時点で後ろ5名。駐車場は店裏と向かい側に合計10台ほど。呼ばれてから1組づつ入店です。
牡蠣煮干白湯そば 1000円
和えそば 鮟肝ソース 450円
久々に先﨑さん。水戸で一番好きなお店です。
美しく盛られた白湯スープは牡蠣と煮干の旨みたっぷり。
パツっとした細麺がしっかり絡んで美味しい。
お勧めに従ってレモンを途中で絞ってまた美味しい。
チャーシューも絶妙。柔らかで美味しい。
和えそばも鮟肝の旨味が強過ぎず、でも芳醇。
素材の旨みをたっぷり堪能しました。
