年末茨城遠征
水戸での夜は此方に
実は2回目。初訪は前年の水戸黄門漫遊マラソンの打ち上げ。その時感動したので、友人に懇願し予約をとってもらった
店内は煙もくもく。カウンターメインで、ライブ感が楽しめる
まず、此方の串は鮮度がよく、臭みがない本当に美味しい焼きとんである。噛むとジューシーで、酒がすすむ
さらにはサイドメニューも秀逸。この日印象的だったのは、春菊サラダに刺身。どちらも焼きとん屋で出されるとは思わない、凄いクオリティ
自身のコンディションがやや悪かったので、今度はコンディション万全で行きたい。ご馳走様でした
