友人の紹介で伺いました。
発酵カフェ。
お味噌やチーズ、ヨーグルトを色んな形で出してくれます。
今回は、豚肉に味噌マスタードのソース、いぶりがっことクリームチーズが異色で面白くて美味しかったです。
お腹にも優しいお料理。
体が喜ぶご飯です。
ただ、車で来た場合は注意が必要です。
3回トライしましたが、今回やっと入れました。
駐車場が狭いので、お気を付けください。
