店長さんはこの寒い時期にもかかわらずタンクトップで元気です。店内はカウンターのみで焼き台の炭は成型炭を使ってます。ホルモンはタレがしっかりついた状態で提供され自分で焼きますが、定員さんが焼けたタイミングを教えてくれたりホルモンをひっくり返してくれるので初心者でも焼きすぎなどは心配無しです。ホルモン自体は新鮮な感じで美味しかったです。お通しのガリもホルモン焼きと相性が良く良かったです。
