水戸出張2軒目。
土曜日21時過ぎ。
1軒目がおひとり様対応が微妙だったので「ひとり」で調べてこちらへ。
泉町会館という、街のイベントなどをやっていた建物を改装した、ギリシャのワインバーです。
とてもステキな建物。
入ると、カウンターに2名、テーブルに1組。
この日はソムリエさんが不在で、厨房の女性と、アルバイトのネパールの方が接客をされていました。
ワインどうしますか？スパークリングか、白かロゼか赤か、なるほど、そういう感じね、と思い、とりあえずロゼを注文。
ギリシャのシラーのロゼ@1,000
すっきりしながらも皮の渋みもあり、美味しかったです
お通し:シャインマスカットと柿のクリームチーズ
贅沢！もちろん美味しい！ローズマリーみたいな香草もよいアクセント。
ムサカ@700 ポテト、ひき肉、なすのラザニア的な感じ
シナモンが効かせてあり、ちょっとクセがあるけどそこが美味しい
2杯目は赤で @950
ニュージーランドのシラー
ムサカによく合う正解。
他の客がいなくなったので店員さんに声をかけたら、いろいろとお話をしました。
みんなの集まる会館を改装したステキな空間と、
気さくな店員さん、
美味しいギリシャ料理とワイン。
ステキなお店でした。
