大洗友部線からちょっと入った場所にある蕎麦屋さんで連れと二人で予約して伺いました。
11：30開店ですが11：20頃着いたら既に暖簾をかけており入店出来ました。
建屋までの庭は手入れが行き届いており季節がら緑豊かで素晴らしいです。
11：30頃には既に満席でそれを知って帰られるお客さんもいたので予約は必須です。
食べたのはもりそば1100円＋大盛300円でつれは天もり1980円です。
本格的蕎麦屋さんらしく提供までは時間がかかり今回は40分程でした。
蕎麦は新そばでないので香り高くありませんが深い味わいがあり、食感、のど越しも素晴らしくしっかりカツオ出汁が効いたツユも美味しいです。蕎麦の量も本格的な蕎麦屋さんだと大盛にしても物足りない場合がありますがここはしっかりした量でした。
連れの点もりの天ぷらはエビ、舞茸、茄子、人参、インゲン、サツマイモ、茄子で少し食べましたがカラッと揚っておりレベルの高い天ぷらでした。尚、天ぷらには抹茶塩が付いてます。
蕎麦湯も風味良く濃いめで好みのタイプで美味しいです。
