水戸にもあるのね〜。ベトナム料理が。
訪問は土曜日のランチです。
ランチメニューは種類が豊富。フォーやブン、チャーハンなど。ただし、麺料理が主体になりますね。
それと、ランチ用の前菜3点盛りや単品料理もあって、呑む気満々の人にも対応してくれるみたいだよ。
前菜３点盛り 380円とブンチャー 980円を注文です。
アルコールはルアモイ 550円 → ベトナムワイン 500円を注文しました。
ルアモイは餅米で作ったベトナムの蒸留酒だよ。
ワインはフランス統治時代の影響でベトナムでも生産されているんだよね。
最初に前菜の到着です。生春巻き＋揚げ春巻＋パパイヤのサラダです。
揚げ春巻も生春巻きも美味しいね。特に生春巻きだな。プリプリした食感がたまりません。
続いてブンチャーです。
ブン(米麺)はお代わり無料とのこと。
このブンチャーはいわゆるつけ麺だね。ベトナム式つけ麺。
つけ汁には揚げたお肉やツクネが入ってます。
ブンをドボンと浸けてすすると、旨い！
甘辛い汁が旨い！ お肉も美味しい！ブンお代わり！
お腹いっぱいになります。
ブンチャーにはミニデザートが付いていたのですが、物足りないので別注文でデザート追加。
ベトナムのデザートが何種類かありますが、今回はベトナムプリンとします。お値段は380円。牛乳を使わずに練乳で作るのがベトナム流。
ちょっと硬めでしっかりとしたプリンで美味しかったよ。
とにかく美味しかったです。
今度は夜に訪問してグダグダ飲みたいです。
