お野菜タップリのヘルシーなベトナム料理が大好きなのですが、東京を離れてからはなかなかお店が見つけられず・・・水戸の中心部にはたまにしか来ないので知らなかったのですが、水戸中央郵便局の角を曲がった所、元県庁三の丸庁舎向かいにお店を発見！
外観も内装もベトナム感満載の可愛いお店です。デートランチなどでも女の子受けが良いと思うのでおすすめです。
ランチメニューがとても豊富。豊富すぎて悩みに悩みなかなか決められない(^_^;)
結局、生春巻きも食べたかったので、ランチ限定の前菜3種盛りとベトナムコーヒー、前菜を頼むのであればランチセットにはサラダとデザートも付いているので多過ぎるかもとの事で友人は鶏のモチモチタピオカ麺、私は海鮮スープ春雨を単品でオーダー。
するとものすごい早さで前菜と麺が登場しました。仕事の合間のランチにはこの早さはとても素晴らしいですね。近隣勤務の方羨ましいです。
前菜の3種（揚げ春巻き、生春巻き、パパイヤのサラダ）も美味しくて感激。
海鮮スープ春雨は春雨の量もたっぷり、海老が入ったさっぱりとした美味しいスープにはレモンを絞って、アクセントのハーブ類もたっぷりでとっても美味しかったです。友人のモチモチタピオカ麺もかなり美味しかったようです。
テーブルにずらっと並ぶチリソースや魚醤、ミソダレなどで味変も楽しめます。
ベトナムコーヒーも器はお湯で温められ、たっぷりのコンデンスミルクにゆっくりポタポタ抽出の濃いコーヒーが異国ムードたっぷりです。
入り口付近には調味料や雑貨などの販売コーナーもありました。お店の方も親切でお料理もとっても美味しいので、また来て豊富なメニューを色々食べてみたいです。ご馳走様でした。
