お世話になっている先輩のお宅に宿泊させていただいた特にランチを食べに行きました。
ベトナムにはプライベートで何回か訪問しており、ベトナム料理は大好きです。ただし、パクチーは苦手・・・。
久しぶりのベトナム料理ということで、お気に入りのブンボーフエを頼みました。もちろんパクチーは水菜に代えていただきました。柔軟に変更していただけるのも嬉しいですね！
ちなみにブンボーフエとは簡単に言うと牛肉汁のビーフン（米粉麺）。炒めたレモングラスと赤唐辛子から作られるサテとニョクマムが、酸っぱくてピリッと辛く食欲を誘います。
太目なビーフンも食べ応えがあり、大変満足できました。大食漢の私でもちょっと量が多すぎるくらいでした。
近所にあったら、たまに行きたいと思いますが、このお店に行くために東京から水戸まで行かないかなといった感じです。
