さて、今年
どこも行けないのかと思うと気が滅入る私です。
本当に・・
コロナにはやられるのです。
そういうわけで行ってきたのが・・
河和田にできた、「丸源ラーメン」なのです。
「大阪王将」の跡地です。
このご時世ですが、満員の店内。
待ちもたくさんなのです。
メニューは豊富ですが・・
この「肉そば」というのが売りのようです。
早速私は、「チャーハンセット」、税別890円を肉そばで。
先にチャーハンが来ます。
卵を目の前でかけるパフォーマンスは良いのですが・・
明らかに（小）なのです。
肝心の「肉そば」は・・
おいしいのです。
足し算の発想。
おいしいものを足していくという発想。
このスープ。
もろに好みなのです。
相方も「肉ソバ」を食べていました。
味変は・・
しなくても十分おいしいです。
ただ、スープが強力なので、同時に食べたチャーハンはほとんど味がわからなかったのです。笑
満足だったのです
